Vanlife WORKOUT | No GYM Training Program
Vanlife Workout – No Gym Required
This epic Vanlife workout is your ticket to fitness and will be your go-to, no-gym training program. All of the workouts listed in this program can be done in a small space and require very little equipment. In addition, there is enough variety in this training program to make sure you don’t get bored. Each workout in this no gym training program can be customized to be as easy or as hard as you like. Plus, modifications are available for anyone working out, from beginners to advanced exercisers.
We’ve lived in our van for a long time and haven’t had a gym membership the entire time. Most of our activity comes from pursuing our outdoor hobbies like hiking, biking, and surfing. However, we can’t always do those things.
For travel or errand days when we can’t do fun stuff outside, we just crank out an hour of exercise and get on with the rest of our day. By sticking to a regular workout program, we stay in shape for when we are able to do the things we love.
We are not trained fitness professionals and these programs are tailored to our fitness level and abilities. Please do these workouts at your own risk.

The Training Program for vanlife
This no gym training program is the perfect vanlife workout system. I’ve done all of these workouts in the van, with the exception of running of course!.
This workout consists of training 6 days per week. The workout pattern is 2 days of cardio, followed by 1 day of strength training. Then 2 more days of cardio and 1 more day of strength training. The 7th day is an active rest day, where you should go for a walk and do yoga or a good amount of stretching.
If you are just starting out, you can take an additiontal rest day after 3 days of exercise, and eliminate one cardio day.
The Cardio days are interchangeable, and you do not have to do them in the order they are listed on the calendar. I switch it up regularly so that it keeps my body guessing. Also, sometimes I feel like doing one cardio workout over another, so I just do that.
If you need a specific program written so that you don’t have to make the decision everyday, just write out each week at a time. Then, pronto, you have the perfect vanlife workout ready for you each week!

Vanlife workout training program – the details
Like I mentioned above, I have done all of these workouts inside the van, and all of these moves can be done in a small space. It is easier to do them outside, but when you’re faced with inclement weather, I love that I have options no matter where I am!
